Two-Year Custom Build Limited Warranty
WARRANTY TRANSLATION:
If we screwed up – we’ll fix it. If you screwed up – we’ll help you fix it, and we’ll charge you for it, but we’ll discuss it with you first. The undersigned Parties state that they have carefully read and understand the contents of this warranty.
CLASSIC FORD BRONCOS (“CFB”)
TWO-YEAR CUSTOM BUILD LIMITED WARRANTY:
This is the point where you should stop binge watching Netflix and pay really close attention. CFB provides the following Two-Year Custom Build Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) on its parts and labor:
01 — CFB does not manufacture any parts found on our custom builds. All parts used will carry their original manufacturer’s warranty; however, CFB will handle manufacturer warranty during our warranty period. CFB warrants the parts and installation for 24 months. We’d warranty it for longer, but we know how much fun our trucks are and how hard we drive them. CFB only covers any vehicle that is performing correctly. CFB will not cover any labor beyond our outside facility unless approved by CFB. Basically, if we built it and it breaks, we’ll be the one to pay in our shop and we’ll fix it. We might be a bit forgiving. We tend not to go to someone else’s shop unless the person we’re working on drives a Toyota. They might know something we don’t.
02 — LIMITATIONS: Get comfortable—there’s a lot to cover in this section. The Warranty will not cover:
A — Malfunctions or failures caused by improper or inadequate maintenance (oil changes, tire rotation, regular washes, etc.). Remember: you’re paying for it so love it accordingly.
B — Parts or assemblies that are used on a truck in an application for which CFB did not approve and that are used “e.g., racing”. Unless you’re paying us instead of that crazy lady down the street. She’s awesome but not under your warranty. If you are a direct descendant of Bill Stroppe, please call us.
C — Parts or assemblies that are installed after CFB delivery or the failure of original CFB parts or assemblies as a result of parts or assemblies that are installed after CFB delivery on the truck also. Someone else’s stuff will void your warranty.
D — Seats worn, soiled or torn. However, if you have a cooler story about why the seat is soiled, and there’s a lot of character, we don’t charge extra for that. Maybe.
E — Any component that has been altered or deteriorated due to normal use or exposure. That’s code “character”. We don’t charge extra for that.
F — Paint damage, paint fading, or damage to rubber and other soft moldings caused by normal or abnormal use or weather, including but not limited to, stones, rocks, bird droppings, tree sap, hail, insects, smoke, acid rain, airborne chemicals, drum tops, heat, etc. The truck is guaranteed. The paint job isn’t. Shit happens. If you scratch your watch with your Rolex, it’s on you.
G — Shipping charges back to CFB. Shipping charges from CFB back to purchaser. Translation: Shit happens. We don’t really help it, but even we’ll admit that one was cheap.
H — Normal paint deterioration due to exposure to the elements, environmental or otherwise. That’s called “patina.” We don’t charge extra for that, either.
I — Glass breakage or scratches, unless evidence is presented to substantiate that the breakage was due to a defect in the workmanship or materials used by CFB.
J — Malfunctions of any part directly caused by misuse, modifications, improper adjustments, alterations, tampering, or the use of gasoline containing methanol or ethanol. Just pump regular. Even if we find out quickly when you’re siphoning things from the gas tank if you somehow figure out how to get it into your lawn mower. We can’t help you there.
K — Any involvement of the truck in racing, heavy off-road use, competition or commercial activity of any kind.
L — Damage resulting from an accident, collision, fire, flood, storm, theft, vandalism or objects striking the truck. That’s what insurance coverage is for.
M — Damage caused by automatic car washes. Especially the tip of it when you do it.
N — Incidental or consequential damages, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use caused by a warrantable malfunction.
O — Rental car charges.
P — Diagnostic or inspection charges that do not result in the detection and correction of a warrantable condition. If they say they can’t figure it out, we won’t pay them to not figure it out. We won’t pay them to figure it out, either.
Q — Purchaser-specified parts. From time to time, purchasers may request CFB to install specific parts that CFB will not provide a warranty for. Purchaser’s truck could do all the things, but we make no warranty, either expressed or implied, on these parts. CFB is not liable for any specified parts, including installations, unless of course, we specify and sell them.
R — Parts listed for any reason as “Excluded.” Hence the word “Excluded.”
S — Slight imperfections not recognized as affecting the function or operation of the truck such as slightly different from the stock model items considered characteristic to the vehicle. Classic means slight experience (less time).
03 — NON-TRANSFERABLE: The Warranty is not transferable. Done and done.
04 — START DATE: The Warranty coverage will begin when the customer takes first possession. No possession means you have the pre-check. Not like in The Exorcist where that girl is possessed. That movie gives us the creeps. But it is impressive.
05 — How do you know what to do if this stuff is preventable? Damn lawyers like big words. Warranty Limitations. CFB warrants that parts and parts will be free from malfunctions for the applicable warranty period described in Section 1 and no other warranty, expressed, implied or statutory, shall be implied by any relation or the purchase of services provided with this Warranty. CFB makes no representation under the terms of this Warranty. CFB shall, at its sole election, either (i) repair and/or replace any defective part (other than labor) that has been subject to a claim and authorized by CFB, or (ii) reimburse the purchaser for the cost of an authorized repair facility. CFB will reimburse at its own guidance. The purchaser must bring said vehicle to CFB for all warranty fulfillment and to no other unauthorized repair facility. CFB makes no representations and/or warranties for compliance of any vehicle with any state and/or federal requirements and/or laws. We are not SEMA or CARB, we have no interest in saying we know anything about any of that. We know Broncos, and Broncos alone.
06 — PURCHASER OBLIGATIONS: Purchaser must follow the operation, care and maintenance instructions as described in the Ford Owner’s Manual. The vehicle must be brought in or be operated until it is operating within or for damage to the vehicle’s engine.
07 — COVERAGE AREA: The Warranty applies to vehicles distributed, registered, and normally operated within the continental United States of America, DC and each country in North America.
08 — WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: The materials installed by CFB are warranted for 24 months. Warranty claims may be made in writing to Classic Ford Broncos at its headquarters in Powell, OH. CFB’s installation of automotive parts is not as exciting as your Broncos, we get it, but while you’re driving these fancy things, we’re protecting you. (Terms are subject to change).
09 — APPROVAL: ALL CFB PAID WARRANTY REPAIRS OUTSIDE CFB’S FACILITY MUST BE PRE-APPROVED AND AUTHORIZED BY CFB BEFORE REPAIRS CAN COMMENCE. WE DON’T APPROVE IT, WE WON’T PAY FOR IT. SERIOUSLY – WE’RE NOT PLAYING HERE. IT’S ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AND OUR REPUTATION. WE CARE ABOUT BOTH.

Why CFB
The Standard Behind Every Build
We do not treat each Bronco as a collection of parts or a list of upgrades. Every vehicle is considered as a complete whole, with each decision made to support the way it looks, drives, feels, and lives over time.
PHILOSOPHY
What matters is how it feels when you step in. How confidently it drives. How naturally the materials, proportions, stance, and sound work together. Every detail should serve the vehicle as a whole, not compete for attention.
Materials matter. Proportion matters. Restraint matters. Drivability matters.
The goal is simple: to build classic Broncos that feel cohesive, capable, and deeply satisfying to own.
CREDIBILITY
After decades of perfecting our craft, our standard remains rooted in the same belief: these vehicles should honor the original Bronco while delivering the confidence, usability, and refinement expected today.
Each build pairs vintage character with modern engineering, including updated drivetrains, refined suspension systems, improved steering and braking, carefully selected materials, and details designed for real ownership.
That approach has earned the trust of clients who value craftsmanship, usability, and long-term enjoyment. Every custom Bronco we produce is built to be driven regularly, maintained with confidence, and enjoyed for years to come.
PROCESS
Each Bronco that leaves our shop reflects hundreds of hours of focused, hands-on work, from chassis to final detail.
Modern components play an important role, but what matters most is the discipline behind them. Every element is chosen with purpose. Every detail is engineered to work with the next.
The result is a custom Bronco that feels refined, capable, and ready to be enjoyed from the day it arrives.
