The Build Process

Early Bronco Sourcing & Evaluation

Each project begins with carefully selected 1966–1977 Ford Broncos that meet our standards for structural integrity, originality, and long-term durability. If the foundation isn’t right, we don’t build on it.

Full Design & Engineering

Before disassembly begins, every Bronco is fully designed—drivetrain, suspension, wiring, interior, paint, and overall use case. This design-first approach ensures consistency, quality, and long-term reliability.

Frame-Off Restoration & Modernization

Our Broncos are rebuilt from the ground up using modern engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and OEM-grade electrical systems—engineered to function as a cohesive platform.

Body, Paint & Custom Interior

Bodywork and paint are executed for longevity and timeless appeal. Interiors are custom-built with premium materials and an understated, architectural approach that prioritizes comfort and durability.

Assembly, Testing & Delivery

Every Bronco undergoes detailed assembly, calibration, and real-world road testing before delivery. Each vehicle is documented and delivered as a finished, fully validated build.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take?

From the day we start your build until it’s ready for delivery, we estimate 15 weeks. We do our absolute best to meet our deadlines and to deliver on-time. However, every Bronco is different and there’s always a chance of a delay outside of our control. We keep our clients in the loop throughout the process with regular updates; good, bad, or indifferent.

Where do your broncos come from?

We source Broncos from private sellers and dealers across the country. Some have spent their lives cruising sunny coastlines. Others have endured decades of road salt, harsh winters, and less-than-ideal garage situations. We don’t hold that against them. We look for good bones, solid potential, and the right foundation. Long story short, we buy Broncos from all over.

Why are your broncos $205,000+?

The other differences are in the details. The term “restored” is used very loosely. There’s a big difference between a “garage restoration” and an expert restoration. Many of the remaining early model ford Broncos have been projects for weekend mechanics over the past 40 years, while a select few may have been in capable hands, our experience in Bronco buying tells a different story. Whether it’s lack of experience, not having the proper tools, budget constraints, or in some cases, laziness. We’ve seen some very creative methods for “restoring” a Bronco.

We’ve seen Broncos advertised as “fully restored” but with massive rust holes hidden with bondo and paint (we replace the panel). Old, rusty, broken bolts left in place (we drill them out and fix it). A wiring nightmare behind the dash (we replace it with a new wiring harness). Fasteners in various states of decay are used to secure critical components (we use all new hardware). You get the point.

We do it the right way. You’re buying a professionally restored Bronco from experts with a reputation for producing show-quality trucks.

How do I get my bronco?
